The Rev. Sharolyn Browning is the pastor serving with the Holy Cross community. She serves in a "three-quarter" part-time call with Holy Cross. She holds a Master of Divinity from Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary, a Graduate Certificate of the Spiritual Guidance of Children from General Theological Seminary, and spent a year of study at Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Pastor Sharolyn grew up in Austin, and has lived in Fort Worth, Orlando and Chicago. Some of Pastor Sharolyn's favorite activities are gardening, art, sewing, camping, and spending time outdoors. Before she became a pastor, she worked in ministry with children and their families for many years. She is a trainer for the Godly Play Foundation in the United States, having worked in ecumenical training circles of Godly Play guides. Her ministry and hobbies synthesize her interests in sacred space, ecology, justice, de-commercialization of childhood and biblical storytelling.

Dr. Pieter Crathorne-Robarts has been the pianist with Holy Cross since March of 2013. He is also the Piano Instructor for Trinity Episcopal School in Austin, as well as Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio.
He has a Doctorate in piano performance from the University of Texas at Austin, as well as degrees from Western Michigan University, and Stellenbosch University.
Pieter is originally from South Africa, and while he enjoys traveling back, we are grateful he has made central Texas his home.
